Overview
SMS Banking has been introduced by WBGB to enable its customers to avail basic services without visiting branch. It provides the facility to know Balance and Mini Statement instantly just by sending an SMS to 8505806500 (from registered mobile number). It also provides the facility to Hotlist Debit Card, generate OTP to set the PIN for Debit card. One can also transfer the funds in other Accounts of same bank and also check the status of cheque.
Functionality

- Mini Statement of last 3 transactions:

- Debit card Hotlisting through SMS
- HOT<space><Debit Card No.>
- Generate OTP to set the Debit card PIN by Mobile banking or ATM
- DCPIN<space><Debit Card No.>
Below services requires an SMS PIN which can be generated through Mobile Banking using My Profile menu --> Set SMS PIN
- Fund transfer in Own account (Rs. 5000/- per transaction)
- SLFTRF<space><From Account No.><space><To Account No.><space><Amount>
- Fund transfer in other Accounts of same bank (Max Rs. 10000/- per transaction and Max 3 transactions per day)
- TPTRF<space><SMS PIN><space><From Account No.><space><To Account No.><space><Amount>
- Status of Cheque
- CHQINQ<space><SMS PIN><space><Cheque no><space><To Account No.>
- Stop Cheque
- STPCHQ<space><SMS PIN><space><Cheque no><space><To Account No
