Overview

We are pleased to introduce you West Bengal Gramin Bank RuPay Debit Card which provides you anywhere, anytime banking facilities. Having this card in your wallet is like carrying your bank account with you wherever you go. This card comes with enhanced security feature as it is a PIN based card i.e. PIN is mandatory in order to perform transactions at Merchant Establishments (POS) and ATMs.

Green PIN Generation (AT PNB ATM)

After receiving the Rupay Debit card,

please visit the branch where the ATM card was applied for activation.

Therefore, please follow the instructions.

• Insert Card and Select Generate PIN
• Select Generate OTP (6 digit OTP will be received on Registered Mobile Number)
• Re- insert Card and Select Generate PIN
• Select Validate OTP (Put the 6 digit OTP on Mobile)
• Now put 4 digit ATM PIN as per your wish
• Confirm 4 digit ATM PIN and Submit

Or,

• Send DCPIN<space><Debit Card No> to 8505806500 from the registered mobile number.
• Insert Card and Select Generate PIN
• Select Validate OTP (Put the 6 digit OTP on Mobile)
• Now put 4 digit ATM PIN as per your wish
• Confirm 4 digit ATM PIN and Submit
